Anthrocon 2007's guests of honor!

Rob Paulsen is one of the most highly respected voice actors in the world. An unsung hero of the animation business, this talented gentleman has created the voices that have brought to life many of our favorite animated characters. You can see a full listing of the characters for whom Mr. Paulsen has provided the voices at Anthrocon 2007 will be his first time as a guest at an anthropomorphics convention, an honor which we feel is long overdue!
Mark Evanier's genius has been seen or heard in comic books, cartoons, and even in the voices of a few standup comics. He began his career as an assistant to comic great Jack Kirby, and spent a number of years working for Gold Key Comics, where he told the off-screen tales of Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Porky Pig, Woody Woodpecker, Scooby Doo and others, eventually becoming the man in charge of Hanna-Barbera's comic book division. His television credits include Scooby Doo, Garfield and Friends, Dungeons and Dragons, and many others. He also collaborates with Sergio Argones on the enduring Groo the Wanderer.
Carolyn Kelly is the daughter of the late Walt Kelly, whose best-known creation, Pogo Possum, is often pointed to as one of the quintessential examples of modern anthropomorphic characters. In the late 1990's Carolyn revived the Pogo comic strip, drawing all of the characters herself. She has also leant her considerable artistic talents to the comic book as well as the animation industry, and Anthrocon is proud to welcome her as the oh-fishul ambassador from the Okefenokee Swamp.
